damn it, stupid sleep

Have just awoken from my slumber after sleeping in and missing opportunity to go to beach for some quiet time.Grrrr. Really annoying me this sleeping in business. Yesterday was not too bad. Had normal brekky with Dad, went shopping got some awesome sunnies, my first real good sunnies. Diet was ok today after fat brekky all good.
