Tri Series:Silky smooth through the Water

Had my first decent pool session this morning. Decent meaning that I kept up and my technique etc felt really good and strong. So I'm on a big high for the rest of the day so far. The specifics of the session were; 1) 800m Pull,swim,form,kick 2) 8x50m 3) 10x100m Hard out first 75m. Although I've still got a long way to go to compete with the squads top members, I am starting to see and feel results. One of my teammates also said that I had bulked up, not exactly what I intended but its better then remaining in a stagnant fitness plateau. Pumped for a ripper day!!
